Terms & Conditions — 777mc Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and 777mc ("777mc", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 777mc online gaming platform accessible at https://777mc.cam and any related sub-domains, applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, placing a wager or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

To open and maintain an Account on the 777mc Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the licence jurisdiction applicable to the Platform or by the laws of your country of residence.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual, entity or third party.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent or immediate family member of an employee of 777mc or any of its affiliated entities.
6. You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform suspended or permanently closed for violation of these Terms.
7. You must not be located in, or attempting to access the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law.

To access Real-Money Play on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and satisfy 777mc's KYC verification requirements. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
• A valid email address solely controlled by you;
• Your date of birth;
• Your current residential address.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, or at any earlier stage as determined by our compliance obligations, you will be required to complete full KYC verification. Accepted identity documents for Pakistani users typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid Pakistani or international passport. Proof of address documentation may also be required.

You must submit identity documents exclusively through the official 777mc secure HTTPS verification portal. Do not submit sensitive documents via email, WhatsApp, social media, or any channel other than the official secure portal. 777mc will not be liable for any data loss or misuse arising from documents submitted through unofficial channels.

777mc reserves the right to suspend account functionality and withhold pending withdrawals pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. You may not alter, crop, annotate or otherwise modify identity documents prior to submission. Submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate permanent closure of your Account and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 777mc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree to use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You acknowledge that:

• Online gambling involves risk of financial loss. You play at your own risk.
• 777mc does not guarantee any outcome, return-to-player percentage or profitability from any game or betting market on the Platform.
• The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should not be relied upon as a source of income.
• Game rules, odds and payout structures are described within each individual game or betting market interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding these before placing a wager.
• All wagers placed are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. 777mc will not reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of manifest technical error or system malfunction.
• Odds and markets may be suspended, voided or amended by the Platform in cases of data feed errors, event cancellations, or force majeure events.

Players may fund their Accounts using the payment methods currently available in the Platform's cashier section. Available methods are subject to change without notice based on operator configuration, regional restrictions and third-party provider availability. The Platform makes no guarantee regarding the permanent availability of any specific payment method.

With respect to deposits, the following conditions apply:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and may vary. These limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (where supported) are processed to wallet addresses displayed within the official cashier only. 777mc accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect address or through unofficial channels.
• Payment method names referenced for user context — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are independent third-party services. Their availability in the cashier must be verified at the time of deposit. No endorsement of or by these providers is implied.
• Deposited funds are not held in interest-bearing accounts. No interest will accrue on your Account Balance.

777mc applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring to all deposit activity. Deposits that appear inconsistent with normal gameplay patterns may be subject to additional verification or held pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless approved otherwise by the Platform's compliance team.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before the bonus component of your Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of withdrawal request.
• Processing windows vary by payment method. 777mc does not guarantee specific processing times, as delays may occur due to banking processes, provider outages or compliance reviews.
• 777mc reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts above defined thresholds or where account activity requires further review.

If a withdrawal is declined, the funds will be returned to your Account Balance and you will be notified with a reason for the declined request where permissible under applicable law. If you believe a withdrawal has been incorrectly declined, please contact our support team at the email address provided in Section 17 of these Terms.

777mc may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with this Section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and a general term in this Section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Wagering / Rollover: Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be completed before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum stake per round or per bet applies. This limit is stated in the specific offer terms. Exceeding this limit voids the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates (e.g., 100% for slots, reduced rates for live casino or table games). A game contribution table is available for each applicable promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds expire after the period stated in the specific offer terms. Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your Balance without further notice.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Most bonus offers require a minimum deposit to unlock the offer. Deposits below the stated minimum will not trigger the bonus credit.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses: The withdrawal mechanics of Bonus Funds vary by offer type. Non-sticky bonuses are deducted from your Balance upon withdrawal; sticky bonuses are played through but not themselves withdrawable. The offer type is stated in specific offer terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register as a Prohibited Person, including using false identity information to circumvent age verification;
• Opening, operating or benefiting from multiple Accounts on the Platform;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to access the Platform, place bets, or interact with games;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to derive financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault will be voided;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime in connection with your Account;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity into your Account;
• Attempting to access another User's Account or personal data without authorisation;
• Reproducing, distributing, modifying or creating derivative works from any content or intellectual property owned by or licensed to 777mc without prior written consent;
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

777mc is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, mental health or general wellbeing, you should cease play and seek assistance.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum deposit amounts per day, week or month. Reduction of a deposit limit takes effect immediately; increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the net losses you may incur over a defined period. These limits may be set, reduced or temporarily increased subject to the same cooling-off rules as deposit limits.

• Copy, reproduce, publish, broadcast or distribute any Platform Content;
• Modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any part of the Platform;
• Use any Platform Content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 777mc.

Game content displayed on the Platform is provided under licence from third-party studios and providers. Such third-party intellectual property is subject to the rights of the respective owner. No such rights are transferred to you by your use of the Platform.

The collection, use and storage of your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform is governed by 777mc's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 777mc collects personal data that is necessary for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring and regulatory compliance. 777mc reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any Balance, at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period upon request;
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading registration or verification information;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or collusion;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a payment provider with respect to a deposit;
• A regulatory instruction or court order requiring the closure of the Account;
• At the Player's own written request.

Where an Account is closed by the Player on a voluntary basis and no Wagering Requirements, withdrawal conditions or compliance holds are outstanding, 777mc will endeavour to process any eligible real-money Balance to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds that have not been fully wagered through at the time of Account closure will not be returned.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777mc, its officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof;
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any game outcome, odds calculation or balance display arising from technical faults or data feed errors, save where such errors result in manifest player benefit that was incorrectly credited;
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with applicable law in your jurisdiction when using the Platform;
• Third-party payment provider delays, failures or charges.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 777mc's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777mc operates its gaming licence, as updated from time to time.

In the event of a dispute relating to a specific bet, game outcome or Account transaction, you should first contact 777mc's customer support team (contact details in Section 17) setting out the nature of your complaint in writing. 777mc will endeavour to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in these Terms shall restrict a Player's right to bring a dispute before a competent court of their jurisdiction, subject to applicable jurisdictional rules.

777mc reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 777mc will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account or by means of a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13.

The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which these Terms were most recently updated. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.
